David Noël

David Noel is a member of the CSDRAI Operation team formerly known as COGEDEMEHCS since 2017.

Our Mission is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that it runs efficiently and that all members of the team have what they need to succeed

David prior experience includes working with other non profit organization such as Parole Et Action en Haiti,  Co-Founder of CREDIT COOP, HAITI, Co-Founder of AGROMAD USA ( Agro marketing and Distribution).
